Government Testing Facility — installed laboratory view

CASE STUDY — GOVERNMENT

Government Testing Facility

Client name withheld pending publication consent.

The challenge

Government laboratory projects are won and lost on paperwork as much as furniture: tender specifications, registered-contractor requirements, and compliance documentation that must be complete at handover, not promised after it.

The build

As a CIDB and MOF-registered contractor, Lab ID delivered the facility to the tender’s technical specification — analytical benching, chemical storage, and extraction systems designed as one engineered scope. Every submittal, test record and certificate was assembled as the build progressed.

Certified outcome

The facility was handed over inspection-ready: LEV baseline inspection passed, environmental submissions lodged, and the documentation file complete. The agency’s evaluators verified the delivery against the tender line by line.
